About Monthly Shivaratri

Monthly Shivaratri is a monthly festival dedicated to Lord Shiva, which is observed on the Chaturdashi (fourteenth lunar day) of the Krishna Paksha (dark fortnight) of each lunar month. Among these, the most important is Maha Shivaratri, which falls in the month of Fagun. Devotees observe fast, perform worship and rituals, and chant mantras to seek the blessings of Lord Shiva.
